Vanilla - peanut butter - banana protein bars

Ingredients for 8 bars:

100 g Peanut butter

1 1/2 (150 g) ripe banana

1/2 dl stevia

0.75 dl (40 g) almonds

2.5 dl (90 g)  oats

3 scoops (90 g) vanilla protein powder

1 Tb spoon of cocoa powder
 

Set oven to 175 ° C. degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork or a handmixer. Mix peanut butter and stevia with the mashed banana. Mix all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl  and then gently mix together the dry ingredients with the banana batter. Place the dough on a baking shed  dressed form and place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Keep them in foil paper in the fridge.

Ingredienser til 8 bar:

100 g peanutbutter

1 1/2 (150 g) moden banan

1/2 dl stevia ( eller andet sødemiddel)

0,75 dl (40 g) mandler

2,5 dl (90 g) havregryn

3 kugler (90 g) vanilje protein pulver

1 spsk. Kakaopulver

Opvarm ovnen til 175 ° C. grader. Mos bananerne med en gaffel eller en håndmikser. Bland peanutbutter og stevia med de mosede bananer. Bland alle tørre ingredienser i en separat skål og derefter blandes de tørre ingredienser sammen med banandejen. Fordel dejen i et beklædt fad og bag i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter. Opbevar dem i folie papir i køleskabet eller fryseren.
